As I mentioned in my introduction I have worked in the Health & Wellness industry for over 30 years. Over those years I have seen a significant shift in people and their attitude towards health & happiness.
People are looking for that quick fix weight loss or trying to be, or look like someone else. Sadly not realising that this is creating their own unhappiness instead of focusing on who they are and, being a better confident version of themselves.
This made me realise there had to be another way of helping people. So, I changed my strategy and it works with no calorie counting, no extreme dieting and no extreme exercise and definitely no pressure.
How does eating whatever you want, when you want sound and still loose weight and feel amazing and in control sound?
I’m not saying this is going to be an overnight miracle, like any habit it takes time to break and time to create. But, if your primary goal is to lose weight, lead a healthier lifestyle, feel happier with your body,
This is how to start: Depending on your time and commitment there are 2 options for you.
- Group sessions meeting once a week for 1 ½ hours 6 weeks various locations. Groups size no more than 8
- One on one sessions – Individual sessions with access to the daily support groups

- Re patterning your thought process, attitude and beliefs about food.
- Taking a deeper look at you and your lifestyle
- Mindfulness eating and relaxation techniques
- Understand emotional eating
- Learn craving techniques
- Understand what exercise best suits you
