The group sessions are small and intimate with group of 8. Working together as a team to support and motivate each other. Its not so intense as the individual course but has the same results. This is recommended for people who need time to adapt to change and involves a little more education and group discussions.

I am not going to tell you this is easy, habits take time to create and even longer to break will power alone will not help you break a habit, but, what I will tell you is, by changing your mind set and re patterning your thinking, changing your attitude and beliefs is a lot easier and more successful than counting calories, starving yourself of foods and killing yourself in the gym!
